How the selection for a task is made?
We carefully monitor the quality of task completion and therefore prefer to work with the best experts who have proven themselves as active and attentive. If you have previously completed similar tasks with high quality, we will choose you first.
Why there are no tasks?
The load of tasks depends on client data and technical settings. Sometimes, if there are no tasks, you just need to wait, and they will appear when the project is set up.
Why I was removed from a task?
If someone completes tasks too quickly or with a high percentage of errors, they are removed from such types of tasks. They can try themselves as an expert on another task, but if we notice systematic problems with quality, we will have to say goodbye.
May I correct my task if I’ve already submitted it?
This means you're approved for the project, but there are currently no tasks available for you. This can happen for several reasons — for example, the current batch of tasks has been completed, or new tasks haven't been uploaded yet.
The project is still active. New tasks can appear at any time, but there is no set schedule. We recommend checking back periodically for updates.
